Co-operation Ireland Future Leaders Selected for Prestigious Eisenhower Fellowship programme
Six young leaders from Co-operation Ireland have been chosen to participate in the Eisenhower Fellowships Women’s Leadership Network, as part of the ‘Igniting Future Women Leaders Initiative.’
The initiative, which aims to connect and empower young women across the globe, will see these participants engage in a series of leadership development activities with a focus on confidence-building, community engagement, and skills enhancement.

The selected participants – Katie Lynas, Edel Farrington, Taylor Keaney McLoughlin, Karina Falvey, Julia Dzwonkowska, and Bláthnaid McMenamin – will collaborate with young women from South Africa while receiving mentorship from the Eisenhower Fellowships network. Over the course of the programme, they will take part in virtual discussions on topics such as female empowerment, career planning, and personal growth.

At the programme’s conclusion, the participants will share their insights and experiences with their peers and the broader Eisenhower community. This collaboration highlights the increasing role of young women in global leadership initiatives.
