The British Ambassador to Ireland paid a visit to the Belfast offices of Co-operation Ireland on Monday (November 8) to meet with staff and learn more about programme activity.

Mr Ambassador Paul Johnston and embassy official Sarah Levick met with CEO Peter Sheridan and a number of programme managers who updated him on our work across our islands to foster relationships.

Speaking after the visit, Peter Sheridan said: “Co-operation Ireland has a long track record of peacebuilding and Ambassador Johnston was keen to hear about our ongoing efforts to bring communities together.

“I look forward to more engagement in the future.”
