8-17 September 2023

  • First World Cup Match kick-off 15.30 in Stade de Bordeaux on Sat 9 Sept.
  • Start the cycle in the heart of the chateau and wine region of Bordeaux, to Cognac.
  • Re join the coast to cycle into the old port town of La Rochelle.
  • Cycle the Île de Ré Circuit, through pretty villages on the island famous for its cycling route.
  • Take in the scenic Parc Naturel Régional du Marais Poitevin nicknamed the “Green Venice”.
  • Cycle to Montreuil Bellay, a beautiful walled medieval town in the Loire Valley.
  • Enjoy a scenic cycle along the banks of the Loire River to the lively city of Angers.
  • Second World Cup Match kick-off 21:00 in Stade de la Beaujoire, Nantes on Sat 16 Sept.

Accommodation

B&B Accommodation is on a twin share basis. Please specify name of rooming partner if known, otherwise we will endeavour to twin share you with another tour participant.
Single Room
A limited number of single rooms are available on request and on payment of a single supplement (cost tbc).

Fundraising Target & Terms

Each person is asked to raise a total target amount of £3500/€4025, £2500/€2875 of which covers tour costs and a £1000/€1150 donation to Co-operation Ireland. Several payment options are available. Refer to the Terms & Conditions and Payment Methods under Further Information.

A deposit of £500/€575 is required with the completed Registration Form to secure your place.

Co-operation Ireland may be able to claim back the tax element of 25% on donations made to our charity by PAYE or self-assessed tax payers at no extra cost to them.
