On behalf of all in Co-operation Ireland, we would like to express our heartfelt condolences to the Fitzgerald family on the passing of Jim, one of the founder members of our Cork Committee.  During his time with the Co-operation Ireland Cork Committee he worked tirelessly to support the work of the organisation in the region, to raise funds for cross border school and youth exchanges, as well as taking on role as Chairman of the Committee for a number of years.

Jim was a true advocate for peace-building, a committed and loyal colleague and friend to all he worked with.  He will be missed. Our sincere sympathies to his family.
