Patrick Kielty speaks of hopes for a shared future at Co-operation Ireland event
Co-operation Ireland was thrilled to welcome the new host of RTE’s Late Late Show Patrick Kielty to our annual legal dinner last night (June 15).
The dinner is held every year in central London by supporters of the charity to raise funds for Co-operation Ireland’s peacebuilding work and has become one of the social highlights of the legal calendar.
Last night over 300 guests from law firms from throughout Ireland and the UK came along to the Waldorf Hilton Hotel listen to Patrick deliver the keynote address.
Co-operation Ireland Chief Executive Peter Sheridan said he was delighted to welcome Patrick to the event.
“Patrick has spoken with heartfelt sincerity about how we emerge from conflict and his hopes for a shared future and when we contacted him earlier this year to speak at the Legal Dinner we were overjoyed when he agreed.
“Since then he has been announced as the new host of RTE’s iconic Late Late Show and everyone at Co-operation Ireland want’s to wish him all the best in his new role.”
